Finally had a chance to use this and I am pleasantly surprised. I figured this would work better than my 7 iron, but the difference is significant. A couple things to note...*If you open up your 7 iron a small amount, your shot will be worse than if you open this club by the same amount. The club cuts down on terrible shots.*The club is more compact than my 7 iron so the weight distribution is better....it definitely gets thru the rough better. I am not hitting this out of the deep rough....but it's worked successfully when the 2nd cut has been a little on the long side.In the end, it gave me more consistency and fewer bad shots. I will definitely be keeping this club in my bag.
